Ukraine continued anti-dumping duty against China and launched a new investigation

The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) extended anti-dumping measures against China for 5 years and launched new investigations regarding the import of certain metal products from a number of countries.

The anti-dumping duty applies to Chinese seamless hot-deformed steel pipes. It was first introduced in 2020.

According to the decision, for most manufacturers and exporters from the PRC, the rate of the final anti-dumping duty will remain at 51.52%, although a zero rate has been set for certain types of casing pipes.

In addition, the ICIT launched a new anti-dumping investigation against China.

It concerns hot-rolled bars from China for the period 2022-2025, when Chinese imports grew sharply.
