The value of imports increased by 14.8% compared to 2024.

The physical volume of imports rose by 9.7% to 223.8 thousand tons.

The main import categories in 2025: bananas – 223.8 thousand tons worth 231.4 million USD, citrus fruits – 286.9 thousand tons worth 343.9 million USD, dates, figs, pineapples, avocados, guavas, mangoes – 31.5 thousand tons worth 86.3 million USD, berries and fresh tropical fruits – 60.7 thousand tons worth 99.4 million USD.

From a geographical perspective, the main supplier countries were Turkey (24.2% worth 223.3 million USD), Ecuador (13.6% worth 125 million USD), Colombia (6.5% worth 60.1 million USD).
