Ukrainian producers have already exported 26 thousand tons of flour to the EU

Before the war, Ukrainian millers had a joint quota with wheat for exports to the EU, and it was never possible to fully utilize it. Wheat was shipped continuously, but there was no room left for flour, so its exports to the EU were minimal.

Over the first 11 months of 2025, Ukraine exported 26 thousand tons of flour to the EU.

The top 10 enterprises that have actively exported flour products over the past 3 years have invested 17 million euros in modernizing their production facilities.
