Over 7 months, Ukraine increased imports of live poultry by 8.7%

From January to July 2025, Ukraine imported 2,500 tonnes of live poultry chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and guinea fowl, representing an 8.7% increase compared to the same period last year.

In monetary terms, imports of live poultry during January–July 2025 increased by 29% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching $57.4 million.

The largest suppliers of live poultry to Ukraine during this period were Poland (30.2%), Hungary (26.2%), and Germany (22.4%).
