On August 7, 2025, a trade hub of ICC Ukraine was officially opened in Limassol, Cyprus, becoming a key platform for promoting Ukrainian products on international markets. This event marks a new stage in economic cooperation between Ukraine and Cyprus, highlighting Cyprus’s strategic role as a gateway for Ukrainian goods to the EU and the Middle East.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Cyprus, R. Nimchynskyi, representatives of the Ukrainian Embassy, ICC Ukraine President V. Shchelkunov, representatives of the Cypriot company CRETERRA, which hosts the hub, and Cypriot business representatives interested in collaboration with Ukraine.

The trade hub will provide comprehensive support to Ukrainian exporters, facilitating their entry into global markets, developing joint business projects, attracting investments, and promoting Ukraine’s investment potential. The platform will also serve as a space for knowledge exchange, establishing business connections, and implementing innovative initiatives to foster economic growth for both countries.

Cypriot business leaders expressed interest in cooperation in the agro-industrial sector, IT, green energy, and logistics.

The opening of the ICC Ukraine trade hub is a significant step in Ukraine’s economic diplomacy, showcasing its ambitions, innovation, and readiness for international partnerships.
