Ukraine has officially gained the right to export sunflower seeds to the Argentine Republic for sowing. The market opening was made possible through the harmonization of phytosanitary requirements between the two countries.

From now on, Ukrainian exporters can enter the Argentine market provided they comply with the phytosanitary requirements.

Detailed phytosanitary requirements have been communicated to territorial authorities and published on the website of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the section: “Phytosanitary, Control in the Field of Seed and Nursery Production” → “Phytosanitary Requirements of Countries” → “Phytosanitary Requirements of the Republic of Argentina IPPC.”
