From January to May 2025, Ukraine exported 195,600 tons of poultry meat and edible offal, a 2.9% increase compared to the same period last year. In monetary terms, exports increased by 19.3% compared to the first five months of 2024, reaching $457.8 million.

The main buyers of this product during the five months of 2025 were the Netherlands (23.2%), Saudi Arabia (16.8%), and the United Kingdom (11.2%).
