In February, agricultural exports increased more than twice

In the first 9 days of February, the volume of agro-exports transported by road from Ukraine more than doubled, compared to the same period in January, reaching 88,500 tons.

The largest absolute growth was recorded at the Polish and Romanian borders, where transportation volumes reached 36,300 tons and 23,200 tons, respectively (compared to 22,200 tons and 8,700 tons in January). On the Hungarian and Moldovan routes, exports reached 11,200 tons and 11,100 tons (compared to 5,400 tons and 4,500 tons in January). The lowest volumes were recorded at the Slovak checkpoint, where exports were 6,600 tons (compared to 2,800 tons in January). The main export goods during this period were sunflower oil – 10,300 tons, and poultry meat – 7,300 tons.
