This season, Ukraine has significantly increased its imports of white cabbage.
Imported cabbage is already available on store shelves, sourced from Greece, Poland, and other countries. An interesting point is that, according to customs data, cabbage imports in January exceeded 5,000 tons. This is more than 11 times higher than in January 2024.
In the coming months, imports are expected to remain substantial, as Ukraine lacks domestic production of greenhouse vegetables.
