Location – Smila city, Cherkasy region, Ukraine (geographic coordinates 49.205447, 31.852881)

The area of the land plot is 61,3229 ha

The park has a concept and is included into the register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine.

MISSION OF THE PARK - creation of a circular economy and synergy of all participants to ensure sustainable economic development of the territory, creation of new alternative economic approaches based on ecological safety and minimization of negative impact on the environment.

 

SPECIALIZATION OF THE PARK :

• Deep processing of agricultural raw materials;

• Development of technologies and manufacturing of products for modernization and renewal of energy infrastructure;

• Production of building.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• the land plot has an industrial usage;

• the plots are provided with the existing road transport infrastructure and are represented by highways and roads of various types and categories: a main street of city-importance    (Mazura Street) and a main street of district importance (Rzhevska Street); by state highways of national importance H01 "Kyiv-Znamianka" and H16 "Zolotonosha-Uman"

•gas supply: at a distance of 0,013 km there is a high-pressure gas pipeline with a diameter of 300 mm, at a distance of 1,5 km there is a gas regulating point;

main electric grids are available near the land plot, the estimated • connection point to the electric grids is 0,037 km, the voltage of the electric current is 110 kW;

a guaranteed connection point to the centralized water supply and water sewerage networks, namely where the water supply networks are located (the main water supply well Du 500 mm long and the gravity sewerage well Du 250 mm long are located at a distance of:

0,04 km land plot with an area of 30 ha

0,4 km land plot with an area of 15,2904 ha

0,65 km land plot with an area of 16,0325 ha

The maintenance of the Industrial Park will be done with the help of investors’ and donors’ funds.
