The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made amendments to the Procedure for the Implementation of Powers Regarding the Financing of Budgetary Expenditures by the State Treasury Service in a Special Mode in the Conditions of Martial Law.

The list of second-order expenses, for which payments are made by the Treasury and its territorial bodies, has been expanded with the following items:

- expenses from the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression;

- expenses for the preparation of the project and estimate documents, implementation of measures necessary for the creation and functioning of an industrial park included in the Register of industrial parks;

- expenses for the implementation of measures to prevent the occurrence of man-made, natural, and social emergencies and to eliminate their consequences..
