Andrii Gerus, head of the specialized energy committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine believes that Ukraine can export electricity during daylight hours due to the production surplus at this time.
According to him, there is a surplus in the energy system of Ukraine, meaning that there is an excess of capacity due to which it was necessary to apply restrictions on the generation of solar power plants.
