On November 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a protocol decision to ensure free customs clearance of electric generators, transformers, batteries and other energy-generating means for individuals.

The government's decision to exempt goods that improve energy supply from paying VAT and import duties applies to everyone, including individuals.
