Ukraine’s trade turnover reaches $101 billion over 10 months

Ukraine’s trade turnover in January-October 2025 amounted to $101 billion.

According to the State Customs Service in Ukraine, in January-October 2025, imports to Ukraine totalled $67,8 billion, while exports from Ukraine reached $33,2 billion.

The tax burden per kilogram of taxable imports in January-September 2025 amounted to $0,52 per kilogram.

The largest volumes of goods were imported to Ukraine from China ($15,1 billion), Poland ($6.4 billion), Germany ($5,4 billion).

Ukraine exported the largest volumes to Poland ($4,2 billion), Turkey ($2,2 billion, and Germany ($2 billion).

 In the total volume of goods imported during this period, 68% consisted of machinery, equipment and transport worth $27 billion, chemical industry products worth $10,4 billion (with UAH 81,1 billion paid in taxes, or 14%), and fuel and energy materials worth $8,5 billion (with UAH 167,9 billion paid, or 29%)

Among the leading export categories were food products with $18,2 billion, metals and metal products worth $3,9 billion, and machinery, equipment and transport worth $3,1 billion.

Over the ten months of 2025, during the customs clearance of exported good subject to export duties, UAH 950,7 million was paid to the state budget.
