The Ministry of Development has reached agreements with foreign partners to exchange additional quotas for freight transport permits in 2025.

For carriers operating in the direction of Azerbaijan, an additional 100 permit forms have been agreed upon for transporting goods to/from third countries, representing a 20% increase to the main quota. These forms will be available for ordering by the end of this week.

Additionally, an exchange of an extra quota of 300 permit forms has been agreed upon with Bosnia and Herzegovina, doubling the main quota. These permits will allow carriers to conduct bilateral and transit transport, as well as transport to/from third countries.
