Ukraine remains one of the main suppliers of agricultural products to the EU. This is evidenced by the data based on the results of eight months of 2023, given in the report of the European Commission. In January-August, Ukraine took third place in the volume of agricultural products supplied to the EU with an indicator of €7,96 billion.

At the same time, Ukraine became the leader in the volume of supply growth during this period. Compared to the same period last year, agricultural products were delivered to the markets of EU countries for more €1,5 billion (+23%). Regarding the largest importers for the EU in the period from January to August 2023, Brazil (€11,89 billion), Great Britain (€10,1 billion) also among the top three.

In general, in January-August, EU countries purchased agricultural products worth €107,4 billion (-3%).
