The State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection has taken another step toward digitalization and simplification of procedures for businesses. Six new health certificate forms have been added to the European TRACES NT system – documents without which products of animal origin cannot enter the EU markets.

The list includes forms for various types of products, in particular:

- hunting trophies and other animal-derived preparations (bones, hides, horns, etc.);

- beekeeping by-products used exclusively in this sector;

- collagen for human consumption (MODEL COL);

- processed hides and skins of ungulates;

- sprouts and seeds for their production (MODEL SPR);

- food products and feed from third countries subject to control in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1158.

A total of 32 certificate forms for various types of products of animal origin have now been integrated into the TRACES NT system.
