At the meeting, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft law "On Termination of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments."

The draft law proposes to break off the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the promotion and mutual protection of investments,

concluded on 14.12.1995 in Kyiv and ratified by the Law of Ukraine dated 06.12.1996 N 576/96-VR.
