Ukraine and Japan have agreed on a veterinary export certificate

The competent authorities of Ukraine and Japan have approved an international veterinary certificate for exports of eggs from Ukraine. This information was published on the website of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

Ukrinform reports that during January-November 2019 Ukraine has exported eggs worth 104,3 million USD and this is 22% more in comparison with the same period of the previous year. In total, Ukraine has exported 129 thousand tons of eggs and this is 32% more in comparison with the 11-month period of the previous year. The main importers of Ukrainian eggs are: the UAE (almost 24 million USD or 25,5%), Iraq (13,3 million USD or 14%) and Virgin Islands (9,6 million USD or 10,2%).
