The Government adopted a resolution "On Amendments to the Procedure for Conducting the Ukrainian Classification of Goods of Foreign Economic Activity".

According to the resolution, the government instructed the State Customs Service to ensure:

publishing a list of the effective decisions on the classification of goods in accordance with the EU Combined Nomenclature provided for in the relevant EU legal acts as of the date of adoption of the resolution, provided that such decisions do not conflict with the provisions of the International Convention on the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, and updating it at least once a quarter;

preparing and publishing information on the conformity of the codes of goods specified in the relevant EU legal acts with the codes of the current version of the UKTZED Commodity Nomenclature.
