Import requirements for edible eggs and eggs for further processing in the USA were published on the official site of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
It has been reported by the press service of the department.
This information will be useful for Ukrainian producers of edible eggs who are interested in exporting their products to the USA.
The statement says: “In particular the requirements specify which data should be included into the manufacturers’ application if they want to export their products to the USA. These requirements also include the list of supporting documents as well as a description of the proper labeling of cardboard packages and containers used for transporting eggs”.

May we remind you that in comparison with 2017, in 2018 export of Ukrainian eggs increased by 20% (this is almost 300 million eggs) reaching the amount of 1 780 228 000 eggs.
