According to the results of 2022, Ukrainian manufacturers exported furniture for the amount of 806,6 million US dollars, which is 244,5 million US dollars or 23% less than in 2021, but more than in the quarantine year of 2020.
Last year's reduce in export was influenced by IKEA's refusal to cooperate with Ukrainian furniture manufacturers and the reduction of orders by another large retail chain, Jysk.
According to the data of the State Customs Service, the top 10 countries that bought Ukrainian furniture in 2022 include Poland (34,91%), Germany (17,37%), Denmark (5,89%), Austria (4,50%), Belgium (4,04%), Romania (3,23%), Great Britain (2,59%), France (2,4%), Moldova (2,12%) and the Netherlands (1,83%). In total, in 2022, Ukraine exported furniture to 99 countries.
