In January–February, Ukraine exported 79.2 thousand tons of poultry meat and edible offal, which is 1.5% more compared to the same period in 2025.

In monetary terms, exports in the first two months of 2026 remained stable (-0.2%), totaling $173.9 million.

The main buyers of domestic poultry meat and edible offal in January–February this year were the Netherlands (25.1%), the United Kingdom (17.8%), and Slovakia (10.8%).
