Over 8 months, lard imports increased by 18.4%

From January to August 2025, Ukraine imported 10.3 thousand tons of lard, pork fat, and poultry fat, an 18.4% increase compared to the same period last year.

In monetary terms, foreign purchases reached $11.8 million, up 4.4% from the eight months of 2024.

The main suppliers of these products were Poland (69.6%), Germany (13.7%), and the Netherlands (7.5%).
