As of November 11, the National Bank has reduced in a half the terminal terms for operations for the export of agricultural goods, classified under 12 codes, from 180 to 90 calendar days.
At the level of 90 days, the terminal terms for operations for the export of goods classified by codes according to the UCT ZED (Ukrainian classification of foreign economics goods) were set: 1001 (wheat), 1002 (rye), 1003 (barley), 1004 (oats), 1005 (corn), 1201 ( soybeans), 1205 (rape), 1206 00 (sunflower seeds), 1507 (soybean oil), 1512 (sunflower oil), 1514 (rapeseed oil), 2306 (cake) carried out since November 11, 2023.
From April 5, 2022, the maximum terminal terms for such operations were set at 180 calendar days.
The specified changes were adopted by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated November 10, 2023 No. 145 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated May 14, 2019 No. 67 "On Establishing Exceptions and (or) Features of the Introduction of Settlement Deadlines for Export and Import of Goods and making changes to some normative legal acts".
