During the 3rd meeting in Romania, the Ministry of Reconstruction agreed on a number of issues to increase Ukraine's export opportunities. An agreement was reached on night navigation on the Sulina channel.

There has been work on increasing the capacity of railway and road checkpoints in a four-way format: Romania - USA - EC - Ukraine with the participation of Moldova. The focus is on 2 issues: coordination of the pilot project at the crossing point "Krasnoilsk - Vikovu de Sus" for trucks and the "green corridor" between Ukraine, Moldova and Romania through the crossing points "Reni - Giurgiulesti - Galats".

Repairing works at the Reni checkpoint to create conditions for joint control with Moldova will be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
