On November 10 the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the world's largest investment company BlackRock signed a Memorandum of Understanding

by which they agreed on the framework of advisory assistance regarding the development of a special platform for attracting private capital to rebuild Ukraine and support the economy.

The platform will focus on mobilizing investment in key sectors of the Ukrainian economy, taking into account the needs for reconstruction following a full-scale russian invasion.
