The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at the meeting on June 19 agreed to establish LLC the “Ukrainian-African Trade Mission” at the request of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.

The authorized capital of the new company will be 1 thousand UAH, it will 100% belong to the state represented by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

The Mission will operate on an ongoing basis to ensure Ukraine's foreign economic interests in African countries and support the process of providing humanitarian assistance through advisory services.
