In seven months of 2024, the Export Credit Agency of Ukraine supported exports for 4.84 billion UAH. This was reported by the First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine — Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliya Svyridenko.

"As of July 31, 2024, we have 4,84 billion UAH of export support from our Export Credit Agency. At the same time, each UAH of ECA's insurance liability was converted into more than 13 UAH of future export revenue. Thanks to cooperation with ECA, the business reduces its own risks and, in particular, gets opportunities to borrow cheaper. And, accordingly, to increase the volume of non-raw materials exports. "Made in Ukraine" economic policy is aimed at this,-  Yuliya Svyridenko noted.

Since the beginning of the year, businesses from Kyiv, Lviv and Vinnytsia regions have most often used the opportunity to obtain an export credit under ECA insurance or to insure a contract of foreign economic activity. And ECA clients exported the most to Poland (1 billion UAH), the United Arab Emirates (888,2 million UAH) and Azerbaijan (811 million UAH).

As for export commodity positions, the exported goods belonged, in particular, to the groups "milk and dairy products" (2,53 billion UAH), "wood and timber products" (1 billion UAH), "toys" (268 million UAH) , "clothing" (UAH 256 million) and "vegetable processing products" (UAH 235 million).
