Last year thanks to the effect of the provisions of the Convention on the common transit procedure (New Computerized Transit System, NCTS), 41 000 transit declarations were issued.

In 2023 more than 33 600 movements initiated by the customs authorities of Ukraine were successfully completed in the member countries of the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure. At the same time, more than 7 600 relocations started in other countries participating in the Convention were successfully completed in Ukraine. That is, a total of 41 000 such declarations were made during this period, and since the start of the international use of NCTS (New Computerized Transit System) by Ukraine in October 2022, 41 900.

At the same time, in 2023 the application of NCTS was expanded and enterprises were involved in providing authorization for the use of transit simplifications in accordance with the Convention: the compliance of 57 enterprises was assessed and 182 authorizations for the use of transit simplifications were granted. More than 50 applications from enterprises are at various stages of consideration.
