On April 18, at a meeting of the Government, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was adopted, which expanded the list of priority expenses for which payments are made by the Treasury and its territorial bodies in a special regime under martial law.

The list of expenses for:

• providing grants for starting or developing business;
• preparation of the project and design documents, construction, reconstruction, capital repair of damaged or destroyed due to the military aggression critical infrastructure site and housing;
• preparation of the project and design documents for new construction, reconstruction, capital repair of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities, necessary for the creation and functioning of industrial parks, included in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks located outside its territory (borders);
• other funds from non-budgetary accounts by expenses of the Innovation Development Fund.
