German Bayer invests 60 million Euro in Ukraine

The German pharmaceutical and agrochemical concern Bayer AG is investing 60 million EUR  in Ukraine. "We are investing much money in the production of seeds. We are investing an additional 60 million Euro in Ukraine, which is a very large investment that gives hope in two ways: on the one hand – for many farmers who are waiting for good seeds, and on the other hand, for the government," said the representative of the Bayer concern.

It was also informed that the German government would provide investment guarantees to German companies in case their businesses were destroyed, in particular by missile strikes. This will be a precedent, because usually such guarantees are not provided.
