The Minister of Agriculture of France, Marc Fenault, confirmed the European initiative aimed at ensuring the export of Ukrainian grain by land.

Marc Fenault emphasized that the European Union intends to do everything in order not to depend on "the good (and in this case, evil) will of vladimir putin, who opens and closes the Black Sea routes depending on his mood."

This initiative continues the line started by Paris in mid-September, when France and Romania signed a cooperation agreement aimed at facilitating the export of Ukrainian grain by land transport.
