The first industrial park in Ukraine received 150 million UAH from the state for infrastructure development

The industrial park in Dnipro became the first in Ukraine to receive 150 million UAH from the state for infrastructure development. These funds were allocated within the framework of the "Made in Ukraine" program, which is aimed at supporting industrial parks.

The managing company of the park applied for financing for the construction of a transformer substation, the total cost of which is UAH 326.9 million. The state covers up to 50% of costs for such works as maintaining of the territory  or construction of utility networks, as well as compensates up to 50% of the cost of connecting to electricity networks. For territories that were deoccupied, the state finances up to 80% of costs.

According to the terms of the program, companies that receive financing must build at least 5 000 square meters in 3 years of industrial buildings and involve at least two participants. Money is allocated through escrow accounts in state banks, which allows you to choose the most convenient bank for service.

This year, for the first time, the state provided funds for the support of industrial parks in the amount of 1 billion UAH.

Now 90 industrial parks are registered in Ukraine in almost all regions of Ukraine.
