The volume of fertilizer imports to Ukraine over the 10 months of 2025 reached 2.8 million tons – this is 24% more than last year.

Imports of nitrogen fertilizers (N) amounted to 1.46 million tons, which is 32.5% more than the previous year's figure.

Potash fertilizers (K) imports to Ukraine totaled 161 thousand tons (+12%), while phosphorus fertilizers (P) reached 85 thousand tons (+35.7%).

Imports of complex fertilizers are also increasing. In particular: NPK fertilizers – 642 thousand tons (+23.8%); NP fertilizers – 391 thousand tons (+4.4%); PK fertilizers – 36 thousand tons (+67.1%).

Ukrainian importers have significantly increased imports of single-nutrient products (urea, potassium chloride, and monoammonium phosphate or diammonium phosphate), while reducing imports of NPK complex fertilizers.
