PJSC "Export Credit Agency" (ECA) intends to expand cooperation with regional administrations to implement programs.

Any entrepreneur who is registered in the region, pays a certain amount of taxes to the budget and has more than 10 employees, can insure either pre-export financing or investment, investment credit, guarantee, etc. and receive compensation from the regional government.

Ruslan Hashev has noted that for this, it is necessary to apply to the military administration, providing an insurance contract with the ECA, as well as to confirm the payment of the insurance premium (it can be a payment order) and receive reimbursement of part of the insurance payment.

If it is, for example, insurance of an investment project, then it is about compensation to the business up to 300 000 UAH, while in the case of insurance of contracts of foreign economic activity or ordinary pre-export financing - guarantees up to 100 000 UAH.
