The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1174 "On Amendments to the Procedure for the Implementation of the Experimental Project on the Verification of agricultural objects under Martial Law". The resolution expands the criteria for inclusion in the list of verified exporters of products. In particular:

access to the verification procedure is granted to entrepreneurs who are registered as VAT payers after February 23, 2022;

the entrepreneur during the period from 23.02.2022 to 27.10.2023, inclusive, carried out the export of goods or goods, received at least 40 million UAH of foreign currency revenue, for which the currency control was completed, which is confirmed by a letter from the bank;

the entrepreneur does not have a tax debt for payment 21081000 "Penalty for violation of settlement terms in the field of foreign exchange";

in relation to the entrepreneur, there was no State Tax Service decision on the absence of legal registration at the place of verification of compliance with currency legislation.
