The postponement of the payment of customs payments while importing of defense goods into the customs territory of Ukraine, the final recipient of which, according to the terms of the contract, is determined by the Ministry of Defense and Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, has been extended, based on the taxpayer's written statement submitted to the customs authority that made such a postponement.
