At its meeting on March 8, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made amendments to the Procedure for the implementation of the experimental project on the verification of subjects of the agricultural complex under martial law.

The norm regarding the possibility of confirmation by an agricultural sector entity of the fact of export operations carried out without violating currency legislation in the amount of more than 40 million UAH with letters from several banks with an increase in the period during which sampling is allowed, namely from February 23, 2022 to January 15, 2024, has been clarified which will allow new agro-industrial complex entities that meet the criteria to join the list of verified agricultural entities.

Besides, additional grounds for exclusion from the list of verified agricultural complex entities have been determined.
