During January - April 2023, Ukraine has exported goods worth 13,3 billion US dollars, including in April - almost 3,04 billion US dollars. According to published data, since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian manufacturers exported products worth 13,334 billion US dollars, including in April - 3,036 billion US dollars. Compared to last year's figure, the volume of export fell to 20%.

The volume of import in monetary terms for January - April amounted to 20,342 billion US dollars (in April - 4,806 billion US dollars). This is 21% more than the indicator for the reporting period last year. The balance of foreign economic activity during January - April 2023 reached -7,007 billion US dollars compared to 252 million US dollars last  year.

In the structure of export and import, the majority share is occupied by EU countries - respectively, 62% and 52%.
