Livestock enterprises in Ukraine reduced beef production in 2026. Thus, in January–February 2026, the volume of cattle slaughter at enterprises amounted to 20.86 thousand tons.

This volume is 1.16 thousand tons, or 5.3% lower compared to the same period last year.
