Ukraine continues to increase exports of beef and wheat, demonstrating positive dynamics in the global market. Over the 10 months of 2025, exports of frozen beef increased by 4% compared to the same period in 2024 and reached 15,330 tons. Export revenue from this segment rose by 8%, reaching $64 million USD.
The key markets for Ukrainian frozen beef in 2025 were Azerbaijan, China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Moldova. Azerbaijan accounted for 33% of all export shipments, while China received 28%. The shares of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Moldova were 16%, 8%, and 6%, respectively.
Over the 10 months of 2025, Ukraine exported 14,940 tons of live cattle by live weight, which is 16% more than last year. Export earnings increased by 42% and amounted to $34.61 million. The main destinations remain Lebanon (84% of total volume), Kazakhstan (9%), and Libya (6.4%).
In 2025, Egypt significantly expanded imports of Ukrainian wheat, becoming the largest buyer of this crop. In September, the share of Ukrainian grain in the structure of Egyptian imports grew to 48%. Overall, over the 10 months, the share of Ukrainian wheat in the Egyptian market doubled and reached 30%, gradually displacing Russian products.
