The industrial park has its Concept and has been included into the Register of industrial parks of Ukraine.
Initiator: LLC “DK-INDUSTRIAL”
It offers infrastructure ready for quick launch of the production, logistic centers and for warehousing facilities. The park is oriented on companies, developing food production, agro-processing, machine engineering and innovative technologies, creating products with high added value for Ukrainian and international markets.
Engineering infrastructure:
- electricity supply: 3,72 MW (with the possibility of expansion to 7,43 MW);
- gas supply: 250 m3/h. (average pressure);
- water supply: from 1 500 m3/day;
- centralized sewerage system;
- reservoir: 1 000 m3.
Logistics infrastructure:
- own railway line (50+ freight cars);
- weighing control system;
- gantry cranes with the lifting capacity of 10-32 tonnes;
- loading equipment: JCB, Manitou;
- access gates (5 on the area of 10 thousand sq.m.)
- asphalted access roads;
- parking lot for 400 TIR trucks.
One of the key advantages of the industrial park is its own railway infrastructure, providing a direct access to the national railway network:
- simultaneous handling of more than 50 freight cars;
- direct access to the national railway network;
- reduced logistics expenses for park participants;
- quick shipment of raw materials and finished products;
- reliable deliveries regardless of traffic.
