Ukraine has launched a new system – FieldTrace, an EUDR-compliant traceability solution for agricultural exporters.

The platform allows full tracking of the entire supply chain – from the farmer’s field to shipment to the EU: supplier quotas, deliveries, movements, and DDS documents.

How the system works:

• Compliance Request. The compliance manager creates a request for a supplier. If there are no fields available, they send the farmer a link, and the farmer can draw the field boundaries on the map themselves – without any login required.

• Automatic Compliance of the Land Bank. Field contours, plot boundaries, land cadastre + State Register of Property Rights, detailed analysis of property rights: lease, sublease, end user, contract terms and document dates – with triggers for problematic areas. Full automation of data collection.

• Deforestation Analysis. Analysis is performed using sources recommended by the European Commission, with in-house processing and visualization. The system is independent of third-party paid services and generates PDF reports. It also takes into account each company’s specific compliance requirements: yield norms, additional application parameters, internal approval processes, etc.

• Deliveries to Facilities. From multiple fields while respecting quotas assigned at the compliance stage.

• Unlimited Movements between facilities with full traceability maintained at every stage.

• Shipment under the 200% FIFO rule.

• Export of GeoJSON of source fields for DDS documents, a dashboard showing the status of facilities and quotas, and an interactive traceability graph – the entire chain can be traced back to a specific field with a single click.
