Serbia is becoming one of the most notable Balkan trading partners of Ukraine. According to the results of the I half of the current year, this country ranked 33rd among the 50 largest partners of our country, and the bilateral trade turnover reached $345.9 million.

Imports of Serbian goods to Ukraine in monetary terms amount to $243.2 million, while Ukrainian exports to Serbia are estimated at $102.7 million. In June, the volume of trade between the countries amounted to $55.8 million. The balance is in favor of Serbia: Ukraine’s deficit in bilateral trade reached $140.5 million.

Serbia’s positions strengthened at the end of 2025 and have been observed since the beginning of this year. In the I quarter of 2026, Serbian exports to Ukraine doubled compared to the same period a year earlier, while Ukrainian supplies to the Serbian market increased by 5%.

Trade operations between the countries are carried out by about 900 Serbian companies. Of this number, about 670 purchase Ukrainian products.
