From July 1, a program for open export of rapeseed and soybeans will start in Ukraine, designed to ensure transparent and predictable conditions for agricultural producers.

Agricultural producers – legal entities and individual entrepreneurs – can participate in the program. Applications will be submitted only through the State Agrarian Register (DAR).

Applications based on the results of the current marketing year are accepted:

for rapeseed – from July 1 of the current calendar year to April 1 of the next calendar year;

for soybeans – from September 1 of the current calendar year to June 1 of the next calendar year.

The following conditions are set for program participants:

maximum volume of rapeseed export – up to 5 tonnes per 1 hectare of agricultural land;

maximum volume of soybean export – up to 3.5 tonnes per 1 hectare of agricultural land;

during the application submission period, the producer has the right to adjust the information regarding the planned/actual harvest of soybeans and/or rapeseed once.
