During April-June 2026, 56.3 thousand transit declarations were processed in the NCTS system.

Of this number, more than 37.1 thousand movements initiated by Ukrainian customs offices were successfully completed in the countries participating in the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure. At the same time, Ukrainian customs offices ensured the completion of another 19.2 thousand transit movements initiated abroad.

The NCTS system remains a sought-after tool for internal transit as well. In the II quarter, almost 9.4 thousand T1 declarations were processed for the movement of goods across the territory of Ukraine.

The most productive month of the quarter was June. It was then that the highest indicators were achieved since Ukraine joined the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure on 1 October 2022: almost 13 thousand declarations for dispatch and almost 7 thousand declarations for destination in Ukraine were processed.

At the same time, only during the II quarter, Ukrainian general guarantees were applied in almost 33 thousand T1 declarations, under which goods were moved across the customs territory of the European Union.

Also, in the II quarter of 2026, the State Customs Service registered 35 new general guarantees in the NCTS guarantee management system. As of the end of the quarter, 118 general guarantees totaling more than 426 million euros and 10.7 thousand individual guarantees totaling 820.1 million euros are in effect.
