Commodity turnover of Ukraine for 6 months amounted to $70.3 billion

During January-June 2026, goods worth $49.3 billion were imported to Ukraine, and $21 billion were exported.

At the same time, taxed imports amounted to $34.6 billion, which is 70% of the total volume of imported goods.

The countries from which the most goods were imported to Ukraine: China – $13.9 billion, Poland – $4.7 billion, Germany – $3.2 billion.

The largest exports from Ukraine went to: Poland – $2.4 billion, Turkey – $1.8 billion, Italy – $1.3 billion.

In the total volume of goods imported in January-June 2026, 72% were accounted for by the following product categories:

machines, equipment and transport – $21.3 billion; 

fuel and energy products – $7.4 billion; 

chemical industry products – $6.9 billion.

The top three most exported goods from Ukraine included: 

food products – $12.5 billion; 

metals and metal products – $2.2 billion; 

machines, equipment and transport – $1.8 billion.

In January-June 2026, when clearing exports of goods subject to export duty, UAH 802.3 million was paid to the budget.
