Location – Stepanky rural territorial community, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region, Ukraine (geographic coordinates 49.390706, 32.001151)

The area of the land plot is  29,6808 ha

The park has a concept.

MISSION OF THE PARK – implementation of a business project for potatoes’ processing cluster and additional production facilities. Promoting investment attraction, creation of innovative companies and development of entrepreneurship initiatives. Creation of new jobs. Increasing the efficiency and profitability of entrepreneurship activity, financial revenues to the budget.

 

SPECIALIZATION OF THE PARK :

• Processing industry (food production, including processing and making canned fruits and vegetables);
• Others.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• the land plot has an industrial usage;
• the land plot is directly adjacent to the traffic intersection of the national highway H-16 and the regional highway P-10;
• a high-pressure gas pipeline with a diameter of 620 mm crosses the land plot;
• source of electricity supply – 110/35/10KV substation “Biloziria”, located approximately at a distance of 10 km  (additional capacity may be provided by cogeneration gas-piston units with a total capacity of up to 8 MW);
• there is a water supply network B200 and the sewerage collector of the communal enterprise «Cherkasyvodokanal» (Cherkasy water supply company) near the land plot;
• sewerage from the utility sewerage system of the future industrial park will be drained to the sewerage collector K900 of Cherkasy instrument-making plant, and industrial sewerage will be drained by gravity to the designed treatment facilities with a capacity of 120 m³/d, located within the designed territory with subsequent discharge into the sewerage-pond;
• as a source of heat supply, it is planned to build a boiler house on gas or organic fuel, which will provide steam and hot water for domestic and production needs. Also, part of the heat will be produced by cogenerators.
