Ukraine in March shipped 43.47 thousand tons of poultry meat to foreign markets – this is the highest volume indicator since January 2022.

Physical export volumes increased by 5.3% compared to February, from 41.08 thousand tons.

However, according to customs statistics, despite the growth in supplies, the industry's foreign currency revenue in March decreased by 3.8% – to 85.05 million dollars.

The main sales destinations in the first quarter of 2026 were the Netherlands (18.9% of the total volume), Great Britain (12.4%), Slovakia (10.1%) and the UAE (7.9%).

The share of the EU in total exports at the end of January-March amounted to 35.8% (42.4 thousand tons).

At the same time, the European market remains the most profitable: it provided 46.4% of all monetary revenue of Ukrainian poultry farmers for the first quarter of the year.
